Would highly recommend MCR Locksmiths. My jammed PVC window caused me some worry thinking it would be a pricey job replacing the full window. However, in little time at all the locksmith opened the window and fully replaced the old locks and handles with a speed, clean no noses attitude. Definitely would use again.

Very helpful in fixing my old lock
Carl was very helpful in fixing my old lock on the back door I thought it would need replacing but he was able to straighten it out. I asked Carl if he could come earlier than the appointment time and he was able to do so. I will definitely use this company in the future for any locksmith needs

Very reassuring and very polite locksmith
Locked out of my house, and had no way of getting in. Phoned Mike and he was around in no time, we explained what we had done and after a few minutes at looking at the door he talked us through what he was going to do, then he had his tools out and had it opened. Very reassuring and very polite locksmith.

Good communication from Charlie on the quote and what will be expected on the day. Was able to book in relatively quickly. Communication from the workmen the day before and on the day to update on arrival times.
Dale arrived and was very professional, he explained what he’ll be doing in each of the affected areas. Dale was very knowledgeable and informed me of additional services and solutions NW provide for future reference. No complaints from me. Very domesticated and good cleanup job at the end of the day.
Also received a curiously call a few days later which was welcomed.
