Locked out of my house, and had no way of getting in. Phoned Mike and he was around in no time, we explained what we had done and after a few minutes at looking at the door he talked us through what he was going to do, then he had his tools out and had it opened. Mike came recommended, gave a competitive cost for a nuisance job and delivered high quality work. The guy pays attention to detail and obviously cares about doing the job correctly – no shortcuts. Just had him back to tackle more work around the property and again, very pleased with his responsiveness and the cost and quality of work. He even saved us the cost of replacing a lock by performing a repair.
Went above and beyond to fix the issue
