Bad experience, No reliable at all, loss of sales due to excessive blocking

The site and the proposal seem to be not bad, sounds great, doesn’t ? Although my experience was bad, poor, unclear

I registered once, I put my card for the plan with 7 days free trial.

I pasted the code in google tag manager.

I tried to log in to my account and I couldn’t. my email was rejected.

I communicated with the staff from their outside chat and explained that I have a shopify store.

She told me that they had a clickcease app on Shopify and she linked it to my account.

From then on I was able to use it with another email address and paying with Shopify at the end of the month via PayPal

The service seems good, although you don’t really know what they are blocking, and therefore I began to have less traffic in my google ads, and fewer sales.

They blocked me VPNs from target countries, they never explained to me if those vpns were from those countries or from excluded countries. Maybe they could be potential customers in target countries using VPN for other reasons.

By blocking so much, you also run the risk that you end up blocking potential customers who enter several times, nobody buys from you at once, so remarketing can also be blocked.

My ads in google ads lost public and also sales by 60%, a disaster!

Actually, I don’t know what is being blocked, I don’t know what a bot click is and how it is a human being clicking, nothing clear.As a matter of fact, I know what a bot is , but a click bot ??

What you supposedly save is never returned or refunded to you by google, because google supposedly blocks invalid clicks.

In other words, it is a ghost saving that does not materialize in cash.

I decided to unsubscribe because it is expensive for me 59 dollars a month, plus charges for sales of Shopify, plus apps, fees.

I canceled the subscription and contacted the staff, they tell me that it is still active, but Revoked App appears in my Shopify

They insist that it is active.

More than 6 staff members attended me in less than a day and they all told me the same thing, instead of reading the other emails, I have to give these explanations to each one, each time until I got angry and told them that don’t make me repeat the same thing 500 times, let them read my previous emails with other staff employees.

IT CANNOT BE THAT THEY DON’T take the trouble to read the mails.

How many times do I have to explain that I canceled my subscription????

The script actually does block a lot of traffic after pasting into your website. But of the almost 1000 blocked IPs, over 600 were from real customers (we tracked them back) and most had ordered from us before. That 600 sales missed…

TBH I’m doubting the script works, makes no sense, what does make sense is them randomly blocking people so they can say “hey look at all these fraudulent clicks we’ve stopped)

Also : website traffic was down a lot which affected our organic SEO

I feel like an idiot for signing up to this service and wasn’t going to tell anyone. However I believe its my duty to warn others.. All you need to do is sit back for 5 minutes and think about their service, then you’ll realise how ludicrous it all sounds.
