Awful customer service and an absolute scam
Terrible customer service, I honestly dont know where they have got their customer service staff members from, they are the rudest, most arrogant, dim people I have ever spoke to in my life.
Please do not waste your time, money, energy on this site it is an absolute scam there is never anything in stock and to try and cancel your membership or even receive your items in the first place is like pulling teeth.
Beware of fraudulent charges!
Yes my name is Sheena and I just wanted to let everyone know that I place one order with fabletics and they have continuously charged my husband’s account for products I have never received and or have never ordered so be very careful when you use this site or do business with this company. I am very disappointed in there honesty and integrity. Because of this situation I will never do business with this company again. Good job Fabletics! If I could give them less than 1 * I would.
This is a scam! Run Away
My 12 year old daughter ordered a pair of leggings using my credit card and inadvertently became ‘a member’, which mans that they continued to deduct monthly charges from my card. I did not notice this until 5 months later. When I called and cancelled they said that she had a credit to use for future purchases, but has always been thwarted from ordering saying she no longer has an account.
This is a criminal organization!
A SCAM! & See-through clothes, to boot!
I suppose it’s on us for not reading the fine print, but those $50/month charges were a surprise. A membership for buying clothes? And when we tried to spend down our backlog of $50 charges, that proved a challenge. And the stuff that we received? I don’t know, do you like see-through shorts?
I see that most reviewers give Fabletics a 1 out of 5, meaning “Doesn’t get any worse than this. Stay away!” I certainly agree!
Do not buy!
This company is misleading and traps you into a membership VIP program which charges $49.95 every month. The quality of the leggings sucks and don’t feel comfortable my $100 dollar medical grade Marena Compression travel leggings feels better. They charge me $149.99 since and refuse to cancel my membership when I called in since I see they’re still charging me after I requested a cancel and refund and they rather give in store credits. Wasted so much money and only got 1 legging.
