Because then new official Ofqual regulated diplomas are so new – launched in 2019 – there are still a great deal of amateur locksmiths out there touting for work, the good thing is that industries like the construction and lettings industries are beginning to recognise the benefit of this professional qualification and are hiring these qualified engineers over their amateur counterparts.
